Congratulations to our Genetics Manager, Ólafur Kristjánsson, who had his doctoral defense, last thursday 6th of May, at NMBU – Norwegian University of Life Sciences.
Nofima scientists Bjarne Gjerde and Marie Lillehammer are proud supervisors of Ólafur, who have looked at the genetic correlation between quality and growth in farmed Atlantic salmon.
