Catrine Smørås, Fish Health Specialist in Benchmark Animal Health will talk about the sea lice treatments of the future, titled “The future treatment against salmon sea lice” on Monday, May 6th at 13:45.
Ingunn Thorland, Lead Norway Salmon Breeding Program in Benchmark Genetics, will give a speech at HavExpo 24 on 7 May at 12:05, on applied selection work related to improved welfare in the commercial production of Atlantic Salmon.
The speech title is “Genetic Approaches to Improving Salmon Welfare and Production.” Ingunn will cover the challenges and achievements of the latest genetic improvements, applied technologies, testing, research, and selection in Benchmark.
