In December 2018, we officially launched our production software, BreedControl – which specializes for broodstock and salmon ova production. 5 years later, we are getting ready to launch the BreedControl customer portal, My Pages.
My Pages is created with the sole focus of gathering essential information for our customers in one place. It will include our active certificates for easy accessibility, contact information for our commercial team, the customer’s signed ova contracts, an overview of ova shipments, and information on the specific customer’s site and contacts. In addition, My Pages has integrated the ova survey which lets the customer give feedback to us on how our ova is performing at their facility. The data shared by the customer is added to a dashboard where they can access graphs comparing their own shipments. Finally, the customer survey data is benchmarked against anonymized average and median data for all shipments registered by all customers in BreedControl.

– My Pages gives our customers access to information they request frequently and gives them the opportunity to provide direct feedback on the performance of the ova we deliver and receive instant benchmarking data in return.
