The BreedControl customer portal, My Pages, was created to gather essential information for our ova customers in one convenient location. Finally, after considerable time and effort, My Pages was launched on Thursday, November 30.
The launch took place over Teams, with many of our Norwegian ova customers watching live. During the launch, the customers were shown the information available in My Pages and how they can use the portal efficiently.
The most exciting part of My Pages is the integrated ova survey, which gives the customers the opportunity to give direct feedback on how the ova is performing from input until 4 weeks after first feeding. This information is very valuable for the continued long-term improvement of the genetics of the ova we produce. As an appreciation of the data they input, survey dashboards are available to provide an instant visual representation of the data. One of the dashboards even shows anonymized average and median data from all finished ova surveys, making it possible for the customers to benchmark themselves against each other.
Even though My Pages is officially launched, it is still considered a work in progress and continuous work will be put into improving it to ensure the best customer experience possible.
